Its a Scam

I order chainsaw man vol 1 and it said it will arrive in a week and i wait and its over 3 months and still didn't came in so its a scam and i ask them they say sorry about your order it will arrive net week and never came in so its a scam never buy things in Books a Millon

Books Galore

For someone like me (disabled) who can't drive particularly far, having the membership is fantastic. The fact that they use actual boxes is a far cry better than Amazon!
I've recently done a comparison and most times they're actually cheaper than Prime. Bravo! Keep up the good work, and you'll keep a customer for life.

My Stepson bought something for his little sister, to get a discount had to sign up for Magazine subscriptions, they will not help to cancel!!!! what a FFFFFF NNNNN Joke

IT IS A SCAM

I purchased my books only for them to tell me they were out of stock when they clearly weren't when I initially bought them. It has been a month and I still haven't heard from them. That's $40 down the drain and I'm never coming back. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Nothing but a scam

First and last time I’ll order from here. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to ordering. I purchased a book from here and it arrived severely damaged, it looked as if they threw it in muddy water and packaged it. I requested for a refund and sent proof of the damage and never heard a word back from them. They kept my money & left me with a damaged book. Lesson learned, I’ll stick to buying books from Amazon & Barnes and Noble.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Flat out stole my money. I ordered two books in February and still have yet to receive them. It’s May now. I checked my emails and it said to log in to view shipping details. My log in wouldn’t work. I reset my password FIVE TIMES still wouldn’t let me log in. Emailed support and got NOTHING BACK FROM THEM!! Do not let this place scam you like it has me!!!

They now sell certian books that are filled with racial propaganda and hate!

I recently went in to BAM, and the first book i saw on an end cap was a book titled, "im still here black dignity in a world made for whiteness" this infuriates me! I am white and idont hate anyone! This book is pushing racist propaganda towards whites! How are we ever going to move forward in society if this kind of garbage is being sold in our stores!?! This promotes hate and racism, and as long as they sell crap like that, i will never set foot in their stores ever again! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

My experience

I ordered the promised neverland volume 19 and kakegurui volume 6, neverland shipped between 2 days, i was really worried about the reviews people have left but i havent had any bad experiences in person or online. Kakegurui said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to ship ill update when it comes in.

selling damaged funko pops in store and online

i recently purchased items online and they are late and the one THAT HAS CAME is damaged. I went into local BAM and was shocked that they are selling the damaged ones in store as well. The boxes are complete trash. something needs to be done .

DO NOT PREORDER ANY LOUNGEFLY MERCHANDISE

Ordered some Loungefly Backpacks from them on a PREORDER, all other people that have ordered their same Backpacks from elsewhere gave gotten theirs weeks ago. Shady company obviously they sell items they are not getting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Hmm I was thinking of ordering a book from here but these reviews are awful.so no. You can get your money back if you don’t receive your order (or the wrong order)but you need to call your bank inform them what is going on now and call again every week or 2 so they have notes of this ( get a name or reference # from who you talk to at the bank) The Bank Is always on your side ( mine is anyway) even if it’s in pending status forever it will eventually be taken out of your acct ( from what I’ve read I don’t think bnm will refund it) screen shot or copy any emails from this place . If you spent a lot of money you can have the bank cancel it and block the company from trying to take anything from your acct. it’s $30.00 ( from my experience the bank will refund your money from “ good faith” and then they deal with the company, you might have to send the bank the emails , “evidence “ Ect. But yes do not give up you can most definitely get your money back...

You can't cancel the order and payment with them even if it will take 1 year in the backorder status

Ordered very expansive book - $200+ and it is in backorder status now and obviously cannot arrive on time. If you try to cancel the order - this will never happen. You can't even cancel the payment as it stuck in pending status forever. Say bye-bye to your money if your book is out of print...
